The Albanese government has released a review of Australia’s current migration system, proposing some real responses and changes to our migration issues.
The review of the migration system is only the start – it’s now time for change and it’s important we don’t delay.
The review proposal will affect many visa holders and applicants including:
- Skilled migrants
- Unskilled migrants
- Working holidaymakers
- International students
- Parents and families including children
Australia is in desperate need for skilled migrants, and we would like to congratulate the Home Affairs Minister Clare O’Neil for addressing this huge issue. Businesses are screaming out for skilled and unskilled migrants. The time for change with Australia’s migration system is now.
Former Law Council of Australia President, highly respected lawyer and accredited specialist and expert in immigration law, Glenn Ferguson says, “Finally we are talking about what is needed.”
“This a great report because it asks what the issues are and what can we do. Let’s start talking about this as and move together as nation.”
