Shortly after becoming a registered migration agent in 2003, Beth commenced employment within the specialised field of corporate immigration working with a global immigration law firm for a number of years.

Beth Fitzpatrick is an immigration professional with 19 years’ experience in her chosen field. Beth attended the University of New England, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics and philosophy. Shortly after becoming a registered migration agent in 2003, Beth commenced employment within the specialised field of corporate immigration working with Fragomen, a global immigration law firm, for a number of years.

In 2010, she accepted a position with Deloitte as a Manager, shortly being promoted to the position of Account Director. During this period, Beth’s primary focus was to work with multinational businesses to manage immigration related issues, devise global mobility policies and establish risk management protocols. Beth also provided assistance with compliance related issues surrounding sponsoring foreign nationals. This included both well-established high-volume multi-nationals and start-ups. In this role Beth was also the global Account Director for a multinational IT company, overseeing their migration requirements for over 40 locations.

During her time with Deloitte Beth was invited to speak on a specialist panel for the Migration Institute of Australia 2015 national conference and presented to business leaders on the China Australia Free Trade Agreement. She was also part of the highly regarding Queensland Emerging Leaders Program in 2016.

Beth joined FC Lawyers in 2017 as the Migration Services Manager. She provides professional migration services to clients across a diverse range of immigration matters including employer sponsored, skilled and family visas, citizenship, visa cancellations and appeals. Beth’s primary focus remains employer sponsored migration with a focus on regional Australia.

Beth is on the Queensland and Northern Territory branch committee Migration Institute of Australia.
